Our adventure in producing sea salt has been a prolonged one, starting with a mere five-gallon bucket and a thirst for knowledge. Our aim was to attain greater self-sufficiency, but as we shared our creations with friends, family, and neighbors, their response was unanimous - "you should sell it!" And thus, Strait Salt was born, with an array of exciting new flavors yet to be discovered
